About Napoleon Gas Logs
Napoleon is a Canadian manufacturer of fireplaces, grills, and HVAC products headquartered in Barrie, Ontario. Napoleon's gas log line — sold under the Fiberglow name — consists of vented sets designed for masonry and factory-built fireplaces. Napoleon is better known for its full gas fireplace and insert line, but the Fiberglow sets are a solid option for homeowners who want a vented log set with a well-known brand behind it.
Napoleon Fiberglow sets use ceramic fiber log media and a millivolt standing-pilot ignition system. They are available in natural gas and propane, and in sizes to fit standard masonry and factory-built fireplaces.
OGF installs Napoleon Fiberglow sets and services existing Napoleon gas log systems. Our technicians are also experienced with Napoleon's full fireplace and insert line.

Common Questions
Are Napoleon Fiberglow sets vented or vent-free?
Napoleon Fiberglow gas log sets are vented — they require an open damper and a working chimney flue. Napoleon does not currently offer a vent-free log set line.
Does OGF service Napoleon fireplaces as well as log sets?
Yes. OGF services Napoleon gas fireplaces, inserts, and log sets. Napoleon's full fireplace line uses different components than the Fiberglow log sets, but our technicians are trained on both.
What ignition system do Napoleon Fiberglow sets use?
Napoleon Fiberglow sets use a millivolt standing-pilot ignition system — a continuously burning pilot that generates voltage to operate the gas valve. No external power is required.
